About Me

I have always had a love and passion for animals, especially companion animals such as dogs and cats. I grew up in the rescue world and have assisted in many rescues and rehabilitation of foster dogs and cats as well as litters of puppies and kittens. I was offered a bathing job at a local grooming salon at the age of 16. I learned quickly what an exciting and rigorous job this was. I fell in love instantly. After high school, I enrolled at YSU because I thought becoming a clinical psychologist was still my dream job.  However, while working the bathing job at the groomers and going to school, I quickly realized I did not have a burning passion for psychology like I did for grooming. That's when I made the decision to pursue a career in pet grooming. It was very important to me to go to school and become certified. I found the Cleveland Grooming Academy and knew it was the perfect fit. I enrolled in the spring of 2020, completed the 10 week, hands-on course and graduated as a certified groomer. After graduation, I was hired as a teaching assistant and moved to Cleveland to begin pursuing my career and passion full time. I absolutely loved my time teaching others how to be the best groomer they could be, but I missed my hands-on time with the dogs. I began working  with a mobile grooming company and got my first taste of my future business. I loved the convenience mobile grooming offered and the individualized time I got to spend with my furry and human clients. I just knew providing this luxury service to the most discerning pet owners was for me.
